Regenerative Medicine: Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Other Autologous Blood Products

Yesterday, on 06.06.2026, Kharkiv hosted a hands-on training session for doctors of all specialties on obtaining platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and other forms of autologous plasma.

The event was organised by a department of the School of Biology at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, led by the head of the department, Yurii Kot, PhD, together with the Institute of Plasma Therapy and Regenerative Medicine https://plasma-regen.com/.

Thanks to the professional organisation and the well-equipped laboratory facilities of the university, participants were able to work through the theory in detail and then practise it hands-on.
